I recently tested it on a standalone PC in order to evaluate whether the solution could meet our needs. And I found this is a very good product for the following reasons:
- Easy to install
- Quite complete
- User-friendly interface including some checks for data entry
- Good security and access management
- Possibility to export data in CSV file to exploit them later

To be honest I downloaded many and tried, shareware as well but only a few expensive tools can do more than you supplied for free. There are not so much web based, that is a great advantage: no need to install the updates on every single computer that is a huge benefit from release management point of view.

Would just like to let you know that actiTIME is an absolutely brilliant application. actiTIME really helps me keep track of time and bill clients accordingly. I`ve found it very easy to use, and it`s so refreshing to see something like this, something that actually looks as professional as it operates.

We have been looking for a simple solution to small office time-management. This software was exactly what we are looking for and other than maybe expanding on the billing side for budget purposes it is simply perfect and perfectly simple.

I installed actiTIME without any problems. It was as easy as it can be. Working with the program is also a great experience! There are no bugs found, no hiccups or anything you would expect to see in freeware. I was very pleasantly surprised to find this software, then when I found out it is really free, well... amazing. This is something I would expect to find in payed-for licenses!

We are very impressed with the product and have found that it matches our business process very well. We are seriously considering it to replace our old in-house system. The interface is simple, intuitive and with a very professional look and feel. The features that we were looking for are: web-based, relational database back-end, hours-based time entry and one week per view - actiTIME has all of them and much more.

The product is pretty sweet. Simple, quick and with just the right level of features to avoid clutter. Installation could not be easier.
I have used quite a number of time tracking products, both as an independent consultant and within large firms, and I have to say that actiTIME is the best I have used to date.

We have fully migrated to actiTIME for our time tracking. The application is very good and our users are happy with the switch. Entering time is easier with actiTIME than our previous application. I find it amazing that Actimind gives this application away for free.

I recently set up ActiTime system for use in a small engineering company. The setup was a breeze and I was beginning to add users and tasks within minutes. I`m still rallying my arguments for a final push on the boss to get him to adopt this company-wide, but I, for one, am a convert. This is a very well-coded application that allows for easy access to everything from company-wide overviews of where time is being spent down to finding out what John was doing 3 months ago Wednesday. I am very impressed and I appreciate Actimind providing this quality software as freeware.
