You can back up multiple identities, message rules, all accounts, preferences, blocked senders, signatures, stationery, your Windows Address Book, Internet Explorer settings, and your Windows Favorites. You also can view e-mail inside the backup file without having to restore it first. Outlook Express Backup supports a wide selection of storage media; it can back up to hard-disk locations, LAN, FTP, CD, DVD, and removable devices. It also gives the user a choice among three backup modes: Normal Backup, Incremental Backup, and Mirror Backup.
